Give the Bubble element you want to annotate an HTML ID. Place the Tooltip element anywhere on the page, enter the same ID in Target Element ID without #, configure the tooltip content, triggers, placement, and styles, then use optional workflow actions to show, hide, toggle, reposition, or reset show-once memory. Tooltip styling comes from this plugin's fields, not from the Bubble visual styles of the controller element or target element.
